Black Bean Hummus with Lemon and Jalapeno


Black Bean Hummus with Lemon and Jalapeno 
Makes about 3-1/2 cups
3 cups black beans, cooked or canned and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeno, minced
1 cup tahini
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to a food processor and process until smooth.
