(It's amazing how heavy liquids are...slight frame sway...this small load felt three times its size.)

8 ounces in a cup

an ounce weighs an ounce
a gallon weighs 128 ounces or 8 pounds

Yes, our tap water is fine to drink...I had purchased the bottles for an outdoor sale...see the posting #35 & #36 for more explanation.
