Restaurant on a Bike

Is it just me or is this really cool? I can't remember where I found this image but I just came across it on my hard drive and thought I'd pass it along. Just another example of the usefulness of bikes. In the past I've posted on the taco bike, but that looks like a full restaurant on a bike to me (is that a deep fryer?). Why, I wonder, don't we see this type of thing in the good ol' U.S. of A...probably because the health department would shut it down. I may be naive, but that to me seems like my dream job (but I would rather have a grill and a skillet than a fryer...minor details).
