Train travel is by far my favorite way to travel. I rode the train yesterday from NYC to Buffalo. It's a trip I have taken dozens of times which began about 30 years ago when I was in culinary school. Whenever I take this particular route, and whichever direction I am heading, I try to sit on the west side of the train as it offers such beautiful views of the Hudson Valley.
